Caimans Roll Over the Vikings of Westchester

On January 6th, the Newly Ranked Number #1 Nation The Hostos Lady Caimans started the second half of their season, Hosting against the Westchester County Community College at the Swamp. The Caimans picked up where they left off, extending their win streak to 8 games in a Impressive 107-22 Final. The Caimans with a balance scoring attack lead by Pre-season MVP Sophomore (Guard) Cashmir Fulcher who had 22 points 8 assists as well as 6 steals as her strong play continues & Stand out (Freshmen) Kayla Wilson with an impressive 10/12 from the field scoring 20 points while adding 15 rebounds as she continue to add to her stellar play.  
 
Hostos CC started the game on a (24-0) run lead by explosive (Sophomore) guard Ashley Smith who scored 8 of her 12 points in the first quarter run. The Lady Caimans offensive outburst was all the Caimans needed to hold their opponents to 22 points for the game.  Impressive (Freshmen) Small Forward Sky Patterson started for the Caimans finished with a well earned double-double with 10 points & 10 rebounds.
 
The #1 Ranked Caimans next game will be a home contest On Tuesday January 9th against Nassau Community College game time 6pm.
