CUNY Hostos Community College

Hostos Community College is a member of the National Junior College Athletics Association (NJCAA) and abides by all rules and regulations of the NJCAA. This page is to help assist recruits, student athletes, coaches and staff understand Initial and semester to semester eligibility within the NJCAA and NCAA eligibly standards at the Division 1, 2 and 3 levels.

All prospective student athletes will need to fill out the NJCAA Eligibility Affidavit, NJCAA Amateurism Questionnaire as well as all Hostos Community College forms (All NJCAA and HCC forms can be linked below). All Hostos student athletes will need to have an annual physical performed by a doctor and provide health insurance information.

Transfer student athletes will also need to fill out a NJCAA Transfer Waiver and NJCAA Transfer Tracking Form. Also prospective transfer student athletes must provide copies of official transcripts from all previously attended institutions.
