Caimans Beat Vikings in Non-Conference Matchup

Bronx, N.Y. - The #11 Caimans women's basketball team won their second game in a row defeating Westchester Community College in The Swamp on Tuesday night 85-52. With the win the Caimans are now 4-1 overall and 1-0 in CUNYAC play. 

Leading the way for Hostos was freshman forward Savannah Williams who posted a double-double with a team high 17 points to go along with 10 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals. Also having a big night for the Caimans was freshman guard Starr Garcia who added 16 points and 8 rebounds to go along with 4 assists and 2 steals. 

The Caimans are back in action on Saturday, December 4 at 12pm when they take to the road in another non-conference matchup against Passaic Community College.
