COLLEGE: This is Messam's second year at Hostos Community College. She was awarded second team honors for Region XV.
HIGH SCHOOL: Messam attended William E. Grady High School and played varsity basketball all four years. She won most improved player during her senior year of high school.
FUTURE PLANS: Messam's future plans are to enroll into a four-year College to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree. She hopes to play basketball overseas upon graduation. She also plans on opening her own childcare service and a homeless shelter in her community.
