CUNYAC/Con Edison Rookie of the Week
Jerrel Meriweather, Hostos
Guard/Freshman/Bronx, NY/Lehman

Jerrel Meriweather has been named the CUNYAC/Con Edison Rookie of the Week for the week of 1/27 to 2/2. The Lehman graduate scored a total of 37 points in two convincing wins over Rockland and BMCC. In the game against BMCC, the Bronx native scored 22 points and four rebounds. The Freshman guard averaged 85% from the free throw line and recorded two assists in both games.
